Last Weeks Capers

Ok....Lazy fat pregnant me. But that's a good excuse for not posting right! We did end up going to Storybook Island with all out friends on Thursday. It was hilarious. Tyton is very happy playing with Aurora here at the house. But it's like he has this mental manly block. He can't play with girls in public.... except his sister. Nobody came that had boys his age, so he was perfectly happy beating up trees and following mommy around. His favorite is when Mommies friends spun her on the... uh.... spinny thing? (Where you sit inside and pull around the middle thing, making you spin faster and faster.) Anyways... it was our attempt at moving closer to labor. (Had an appointment yesterday. STILL not even dialated!) Thanx anyways Mary!

On Friday the weather was actually nice enough to fly kites AND we remembered. My dad got these kites for the kids around spring break time! We tried to fly them in TX, but it was too windy that day. It's usually to windy here, or to cold, but Friday was perfect. Tyton was a champ! Aurora was much more girly with it. It's funny to see how well they get along and yet how extremely different they are. As I speak... or type... they are sitting in the crawl space under the stairs. It has a trapdoor to the basement and has been filled with boxes, but I finally cleaned it out and got a key for the trapdoor. I made a book caddy for the door and put a giant pillow inside. They have been in there all day with their Tag Pens. Those things are amazing! They love to read, but I can't read to them all day!
