Easter - Late

Sorry... We've been busy! For Easter we did several things. We did the mall thing where Tyton didn't like the bunny and Aurora talked so much you'd think it was Christmas. He did manage to tell the Easter Bunny he just wanted a soccer ball.

We did the Fire Station party. This year Aurora went to the big kid egg hunt and tyton to the little kids one. He was the oldest kid and got a TON of eggs. He gladly shared with Rory. They liked the piniata the most. Tyton is so aggressive sometimes! They did have an Easter Bunny. They forced on of the newest Airmen to dress up. I must say I don't blame the kids for not sitting on his lap. He was rather creepy looking. I blame the silly costume.

We also did the egg dying thing. We boiled TONS of eggs cause we really like them. The kids had too much fun. Tyton wanted every egg green and Rory pink. She liked coloring on them first this year since she is learning to write her name.

Easter morning we got the kids dressed for church first since we had Stake Conference at 9. Then the kids went downstairs. Tyton got his badly wanted soccer ball and rory got a new barbie. They were very facinated by the spiderman and princess easter eggs the bunny hid. For dinner that night we had some friends over. The kids have the crib matress in their room and the friends discovered it and had the idea to slide down it on the stairs. Oh the things you learn when you have friends!
