Tutu's and Raccoons

The Young Women in our ward are hosting and Adult Prom to raise money for Girl's Camp this year. I decided to make my own skirt, but I needed to do a tester! I decided to make a mock of it for Aurora. The tulle was WAY on sale. This thing cost me $2 to make. Her is more of a tub top. Mine will go from waist to below my knee. Her was done with 7 yards, I bought 28 for mine! We will see how it goes!!!!! I wish there was a picture of her prancing around church. The strips of tulle were flying EVERYWHERE! She was such a princess!
Scott has been trapping on the Garner's and the Hotz land for about 4 weeks now. So far he has trapped 7 raccoons! The neighbors are very greatful. Most in the area have several chickens to help keep the grasshoppers down and the raccoons don't get along well with the chickens. Actually... the chicken's don't get along with the racoons I guess...! Anyways... we have been pretty impressed with the success of these traps so far. Scott has never had the chance to really trap raccoon, except for on his mission in TX where he got one ratty one. It's much hotter there so their fur isn't near a pretty. We were amazed one day to go check the traps and find not just one, but TWO raccoons in the same kill trap! How this happened is unknown and VERY unlikely that it will EVEN happen again! We haven't found a single person who has heard of this happening before! We plan on sending his picture into Trapper Mag!
