First Pics of Scott!

It's hard to think that Scott has actually been in Ali Base for three weeks.  He called me once at 11:30 his time and it was 109 degrees outside.  He has seen a few camel spiders and two snakes.  He says there is an area he passes on the way to his bedroom that he always sees something on.  He figures they have mice under their trailer so that's what the snakes and spiders are after.  Pictured is the first package he got.  Some squirrels from Bro-in-Law Jason!
He was recently able to start helping out!  He's helping Iraq civilians how to be fire fighters.  He says they are all really nice.  He is enjoying it cause it's the first time in his career that he hasn't
really had someone micro managing over his shoulder.
He says that he stays very busy, even on his days off.  He always calls before
going to bed.   I was all ready with my list of
different things to send him ti help keep him cool at night.  I asked him if he had a night stand to clip a fan too.  I know that he can't sleep at all if he is hot.  Then he told me that since he is a Staff Sergeant he actually shares a trailer with 4 others.  They each have their own separate entrance and their own room, but they all have A/C which they blast at full!!  Yeah!

The kids miss him and Aurora loves talking to him one the phone.
She even drew him a picture!  Tyton is Tyton...  He loves his blanket and the trampoline and food and for someone to hold him.
